Salary: $12.00 Hourly
Description:
• Performs data entry of prospective applicant inquiries and other related administrative office duties
• Serves as host for university daily campus tours and other university functions, which include campus preview days, luncheons, and receptions
• Communicate information about admission deadlines to prospective students through email and phone
• Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
• Provides excellent customer service to students' internal and external guests regarding any questions and/or directions
• Understands and upholds FERPA requirements and student information confidentiality
Qualifications:
• Must be a current UHD student
• Must have been awarded Federal Work-Study from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid
• Must have a Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week
