Salary: $16.00/hour

Description:

The Records Specialist assists the Deans Office with student data management and performs outreach tasks when necessary.
• Oversees student records, reconciles and verifies student records
• Assists with students, faculty, and staff inquiries regarding records; troubleshoots, researches, and responds to records-related inquiries
• Processes student records requests and maintains records for new, continuing, transfer, and former students
• Answers the telephone and greets callers
• Coordinates daily imaging tasks, including scanning, editing, and indexing student records
• Assists with other duties as assigned

All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
