Salary: $12.00

Duties

• Supports Public Safety Events & Outreach efforts
• Assists with general administrative tasks (copying, filing, scanning)
• Assists with fleet data entry
• Provides security-related support as directed
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Must have the ability to multi-task and interact professionally with staff, faculty, and students
• Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Must be responsible, punctual, and a self-starter
• Must have good people skills and a professional attitude and appearance
• Must have effective verbal/written communication skills

Qualifications

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher
• Must have been awarded Federal work-study
• Must be available to work 15 hours a week, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
