Salary: $12.00/Hour

Description:

The O'Kane Gallery seeks a student to monitor the gallery during operating hours (Mon - Fri 10 am-5 pm & Sat 12-5 pm).

Duties:

• Answer questions from visitors
• Maintain the contact list
• Assist with events and special projects

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must have good computer & customer service skills
• Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must be dependable
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Must be a current UHD student
• Must have received a work-study award from the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid

All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
