Description:

Directs and oversees team responsible for the development, implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and third party integrations to ensure data integrity and business process efficiency.

1. Collaborates with enrollment management leadership and partners with student success, student life, student billing, and academic colleges to develop Campus Solutions and CRM system functionality to enhance business processes and enrollment and student services operations.

2. Directs Campus Solutions operations, and leads functional analyst team and developers in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Campus Solutions applications, CRM system, and third party systems.

3. Serves as university liaison with the UH-System Campus Solutions team, UHS Enterprise Development, and other UHS campuses to coordinate testing, issue resolution, and system enhancements.

4. Manages projects to ensure successfully delivery of goals and objectives; consults with analysts, business owners, and vendors to clarify requests and develop implementation plans.

5. Consults with university departments to determine best practices and options for process efficiency through Campus Solutions, CRM system, or third party systems.

6. Develops technical specifications and project plans.

7. Develops and manages CRM system, eForms system, and UHV PeopleSoft SharePoint system.

8. Participates in strategic planning and budget preparation, and produces enrollment management analysis reports.

9. Develops and enforces policies and procedures to maintain enrollment management data integrity, system integrity, security, and privacy.

10. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in management information systems, computer science or related field and (5) years related experience; prefer certification or formal training in PeopleSoft application development
