Description:

The A.R. “Tony” and Maria J. Sanchez Program for Excellence in Selling at the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston is accepting applications for a Scholar in Residence.

This one-year, non-tenure track, position will be responsible for the experiential learning of Program for Excellence in Selling.

Duties include responsibility for the experiential learning of Program for Excellence in Selling students through activities such as role-plays, coaching, and making sales calls with students.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Must be a graduate from the A.R. “Tony” and Maria J. Sanchez Program for Excellence in Selling at the C. T. Bauer College of Business. Due to the nature of the duties, only graduates of this program are eligible for hire into this role

Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointment and will be requested upon selection of the final candidate.

All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check. Individuals conducting research in critical infrastructure areas (i.e., communication infrastructure systems, cybersecurity systems, electric grid, hazardous waste treatment systems, and/or water treatment facilities) are subject to regular review to ensure the security and integrity of the research is maintained.
