Duties:
• Answers IT Service Desk phone
• Provides data entry for User Support Services using an online help desk ticketing system
• Greets UHD students, faculty, staff, and guests in assigned areas
• Provides first-tier technical support to UHD students, faculty, and staff
• Performs opening and/or closing procedures as defined for assigned areas
• Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Internet Browsers, the latest two versions of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of and experience working with a variety of wireless devices
• Have basic software and hardware troubleshooting experience, End-user support
Qualifications:
• Must be a current UHD student
• Must have prior customer service experience
