The individual is a graduate student with a concentration in Sales Management and Business Development (marketing is part of that concentration) or is an upper classman (like a senior) BBA in marketing in the Marilyn Davies College of Business. The candidate should be a UHD student or could be an alumna.

Interviews with a portfolio will be required.

Objective: Deliver an executable long range marketing plan for workforce content of CE course offerings which include the following: CAD programs, Engineering Technology, Wind Turbine Tech, Electric Vehicle Tech, PLC certifications, Hands on Healthcare programs (Dental assisting, medical billing and coding, CMA, etc.), CompTIA and CISCO content, Paralegal and Court Reporting, Project Management certification.

Duties

• Work with the Office of Continuing Education to develop a long-term marketing plan (with projects and ideal execution points) for the workforce content of CE.
• Meets with OCE client to address specific marketing needs.
• Develops and recommends a marketing plan that includes all potential marketing outlets (digital, print).
• Creates a plan that would be executable by OCE staff (with the assistance of Marketing and Web support).
• Collaborates with OCE on project components and communicates timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinates all print efforts and works with marketing vendors.
• Prepares recommendations for any promotional item for workforce programming.
• Develops organizational plan for campaigns and develops collateral for execution over time.
