Description:
The Information Technology (IT) Program in the College of Science and Engineering at the University of Houston–Clear Lake (UHCL) invites applications for a full-time lecturer position. The starting date is anticipated to be August 2026.
Applications submitted before June 10, 2026 will be given full consideration.
Duties:
- Develop and teach undergraduate IT courses
- Student advising
- Provide service to the program, university and profession
Qualifications
Required:

Master’s degree in Information Technology or another closely related field by the time the position starts; all areas of emphasis will be considered

Strong commitment to undergraduate teaching
Preferred:
- Demonstrated background and interests in teaching cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, networking or related subjects
