The Department of Accountancy and Taxation in the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for two full-time, non-tenure track, promotion-eligible Instructional Assistant Professor positions starting Fall 2025. Candidates must be committed to teaching excellence, curriculum development, community engagement, and professional development. Candidates should also have a demonstrated record of academically qualified activities as defined by the AACSB, or be graduates with a Ph.D in Accounting from an AACSB accredited school. A strong background in tax or data analytics and professional certification would be a plus. Responsibilities include a 3/3 teaching load in tax or data analytics at either the undergraduate or graduate level as well as publications in peer-reviewed journals.
