Description:
The position provides comprehensive administrative and operational support within the department. Responsibilities include assisting faculty and staff, engaging with students, employers, and the public, supporting recruitment and career readiness events, and performing a variety of tasks across campus. The role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple duties efficiently.
Duties:
• Interacts with all levels of university personnel, students, employers, and the general public
• Assists other faculty and staff members
• Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing, scanning, and copying documents
• Assists at our recruiting events and our career readiness events
• Runs errands within the university campus buildings
• Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
• Must be a current UHD Graduate Student
