This position is located at UHD Northwest

Campus Location - 20515 State Highway 249

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet all students, staff, faculty, and guests visiting the UHD Northwest office
• Performs data entry
• Supports UHD Northwest events
• Files, copies, and prints documents
• Answers and transfers phone calls
• Creates basic Word and Excel documents
• Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail
• Organizes and maintains office, classrooms, and faculty rooms
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to multi-task and maintain confidentiality
• Must be customer service oriented
• Must be able to work all available shifts and be flexible during office peak times
• Must have some knowledge of UHD and its respective programs

Qualifications:

• Must be a UHD student
• Must be enrolled in at least six college credit hours
• Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study from the Office of Financial Aid
• Must have a 2.0 GPA or higher
• Ability to work 15–20 hours per week around a class schedule.
