Description:

The Computer Science (CS) Program at the University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to begin in Fall 2025. The successful candidates will be expected to teach and develop both graduate and undergraduate courses, to conduct research and seek grant funding, and to advise students and provide service to the university, professional and local communities. Candidates in all areas of Computer Science will be considered.

Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the positions are filled. Applications received before Feb 1st 2025 will receive full consideration.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field with computer science experience

• Evidence of the potential to develop a research program

• Commitment to excellence in teaching
