Description:

Provides financial support to the Student Center's Leisure Services and CreationStation operations.

1. Responsible for preparing, counting, and reconciliation of all banks/daily cash receipts; Shasta's Cones & More, Student Center Games Room, Student Centers Satellite Games Room and CreationStation.
2. Coordinates with Police dispatch for transfer of funds/paperwork to Business Services.
3. Prepares and processes Expenditure requests, SC vouchers, and P-Card transactions for all operations and submits all associated paperwork to Business Services.
4. Maintains revenue logs for all operations and prepares revenue reports documenting revenue comparisons and trends.
5. Reviews financial reports to track accuracy of revenues posted.
6. Creates and processes sales invoices for all operations for services provided as well as tracks and collects payments for all services provided.
7. Maintains overages/shortage logs for Leisure Services and CreationStation operations for MAPP policies on cash handling.
8. Assists with covering Games Room reservations and Customer Service desk.
9. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

MQ: Requires a thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of an analytical, technical or professional discipline; or the basic knowledge of more than one professional discipline. Knowledge of the discipline is normally obtained through a formal, directly job-related 4 year degree from a college or university or an equivalent in-depth specialized training program that is directly related to the type of work being performed. Requires a minimum of one (1) year of directly job-related experience.
