The University of Houston-Downtown is inviting applications for adjunct mathematics faculty positions within the Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

The successful candidates will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses in mathematics.

Adjuncts are part-time faculty positions at less than 50% FTE. They are appointed on a semester-by-semester basis. These appointments correlate to an average of 8 hours per week per class.

Required Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field or a Master's degree with at least 18 graduate-level credit hours in mathematics courses

 

All positions at the University of Houston-System are security sensitive and will require a criminal history check.
