The Accounting and International Business department of the Marilyn Davies College of Business at the University of Houston-Downtown

(UHD) is seeking applicants for Adjunct positions in accounting. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate courses in accounting, have a demonstrated potential for instructional excellence, and maintain his or her credentials.

Official transcripts will be required from candidates considered for hire.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates for this position must hold a Master’s degree in Accountancy or an MBA with a concentration in Accountancy and currently be employed as an accountant.
  • Candidates with a Ph.D. or DBA degree in Accountancy from an AACSB accredited business school and industry experience in the area of accounting are strongly preferred.
